These are fine to keep in the freezer for a snack or a small meal. The chicken is very processed and absolutely not chicken breast. when put in the air fryer, they cook crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. These are a favourite of teenage boys.

when we have sweet chilly chicken wraps for dinner, the kids find it too spicy therefore we purchase this one for them. it's not spicy at all but looks very simular to the one we have of the same brand. the kids like these in salad wraps with cheese , bacon and bbq plus mayo. they are good quality chicken not mushy at all on the inside therefore it feels like it's proper chicken breast.
