this is a 400g box of Ingham brand of frozen chicken breast tenders. they are the original flavour. it has about 6 to 8 tenders inside the box. they are 100% aussie chicken. can cook them in the conventional oven, deep fryer, air fryer, or the oven. great in wraps or have by themselves, or with vegetables or salad.
