I always have these in the freezer for that time for a snack or to have for a meal, they are chicken breast sweet chilli tenders, they can be cooked in a normal oven from frozen so no waiting to thaw them, they have a chilli flavoured crumb all over, just the right amount of chilli, you can always add more chilli flakes
