This coating mix was a quick and easy way to add delicious flavouring to some unbreaded chicken schnitzels we had. The flavour was a bit salty, and a delicious and unexpected umami flavour that just feels right for chicken. It is designed for a whole chicken so you end up with left over coating if you use less than that. I just used it to make sure my pieces were very well coated. Next time I might try it with thigh or drumsticks and see how it goes. Great price point for convenience as well.

Provides a really good coating and packs some great flavour! Pairs perfectly with chicken, but you really could use on many things! It brings a nice golden colour and subtle crunch to the food. Very easy to use too, just coat with egg then seasoning and oven bake or pan fry.

This coating mix for chicken is really delicious. Lots of flavor and taste similar to KFC. I cook mine in the oven so it is a bit healthier than frying but you can also fry the chicken if you prefer
