so i have to eat alot of protein each day due to medication and this and the other flavour ones are a go to when im falling short on my protein needed for each day. they are so delish and a pretty good price at around $2.90rrp

It tasted exactly like standard custard, I 100% would recommend having it on top of yoghurt especially the low-calorie yoghurt for a low calorie high-protein desert delicious

This is my favourite healthy treat! A few calories but great flavour definitely helps with sweet cravings
