its really good as a protein yoghurt but i found the taste a bit weird it was a bit too overpowering compared to some other protein yoghurts in the market.

Smooth and creamy with a subtle vanilla taste. A good option if you want extra protein without it being too heavy.

I have tried a lot of brand!! But this by far is my favourite! I am waching my protein intake so this fits the bill with 16g of protein. So yummy and filling
