as someone who needs to make sure they have protein each time I eat, this does help when in a bind. I usually have it with some berries. perfect addition to my lunch or as a dessert.

Omgosh YUM, I seriously love this range as I am currently in a weight loss journey. It tastes just as good as regular chocolate custard. It’s amazing with fresh fruit cannot get enough of it!!!
