It’s my first time trying this yoghurt and it’s on my current meal plan, I think it’s going to take a bit to get used to since I do love me some sugar custard. But so far it’s manageable and I’ve made it into a low sugar high protein dessert. I’m impressed with the nutritional information so I think I’ll power through and give it a chance.
