If you’re looking for high protein in a yoghurt and low-fat this is the way to go. I love the strawberry flavour. It is really natural.

Good low calorie, portion controlled yoghurt. Does have that “protein” flavour compared to other yoghurts. The strawberry flavour is subtle but enjoyable.
