Review of OAK Plus Flav Milk NSA Chocolate 500ml

this has been a new discovery in our house. our kids play a lot of sport and this has been great for filling them up post swimming training or at a swim meet when they’re not looking for food to fuel them. the chocolate flavour is their favourite and with 30g protein per serve they feel full for longer. highly recommend.
