I’ve been using Zymil lactose-free milk and it’s honestly so smooth and easy to digest. It tastes just like regular milk but without the discomfort. Great in coffee, cereal, or just on its own — and perfect if you’re lactose intolerant like me!

Great one for us lactose intolerant folk who want to have some milk. Only con is the price in comparison to non-lactose free milk.
