A nice yogurt that’s not to thick or thin, ver much in the middle. The French vanilla isn’t to overwhelming like some vanilla flavours can be and this isn’t sweet or too sour tasting. The pack has a plastic seal inside saving a messy lid and you can manage to peel it back quite easily enabling you to leave it on for freshness.

My go to yoghurt to have for breakfast. Doesn't have a lot of sugar so I don't spike in the morning, and it settles in my stomach with no worries.
