Reduce fat French vanilla yogurt is very silky, smooth, and slightly thick. It has good source of protein and rich in probiotics. I add either fresh fruit to it or frozen strawberries, blueberries and or mixed fruit. I also ad mixed nuts. It's great for breakfast or just a snack.
