Photo Review of Helgas Loaf Soft White 700 g

I picked up Helga’s Soft White Loaf 700 g and here’s my take: Thick, very soft slices — great texture, perfect for toast or sandwiches. The flavour is mild and slightly sweet, the way white bread should be. It’s nice that it uses mostly Australian wheat — it gives confidence in quality. One small thing: the crust can be a little doughy if warmed up too fast. Overall, a dependable everyday loaf.
