love this bread we purchase it 2 plus times per week. it’s soft yet holds fillings well. great fresh or toasted we use it for breakfast and lunch. always great taste and good fresh texture. toasts well doesn’t crumble holds together week in toaster. easy to freeze and unfreeze if needed.
