This bread is a really good price point option for a high-protein low-carb bread. Personally I found the bread to be quite dense so once toasted it is quite dry. I think I do prefer other alternatives for a low-carb protein option but yes you do have to spend a little bit more to get that.

This is one of my favourite breads by Helgas. Such a good range of nutrients packed in without compromising on taste or being too dry.

I bought this bread so I can make salad sandwiches for work and try to preference protein over carbs and fats. It’s pretty good by itself (slice by slice) or lightly toasted (which I do for the sandwiches). I can’t think of any cons, I thought it was reasonably priced when I purchased it and I recommend it if you’re looking for a lower-carb bread.
