This is a lovely, grainy bread & more affordable than other sourdough varieties. It’s heavy & dense & very filling. It’s lovely both as a fresh sandwich or toasted.

Helga’s Grains and Seeds is one of my favourites. Consistently fresh, really delicious toasted with any topping. It’s a nice thick slice and is also perfect for making cheesy toasted sarmies! I highly recommend Helga it’s my go to everyday bread.

Helgas is my favourite brand of bread. This sourdough is especially good with multi grains and seeds it tastes yummy and is much better for my digestive system! Always tastes yummy and stays fresh (it doesn’t get much chance to go stale in our house though!) It’s also a reasonable price Defined recommend!
