this is one of the tastier gluten free breads, they never take the place of GOOD wheat breads, but they try their best. I just miss rye bread so much, at least this is brown.... not much left of this loaf

Based on yuka app review it is not actually that healthy but I still get it because there are not much choices for gluten free brand in supermarket and all of them below 50 out of 100 points in Yuka app. Also Helga's brand is quite expensive compared to other brand, so mostly only get it when it's on special at supermarket.

First time eating gluten free & dairy free bread and it was really good. The taste was great and it made me feel fuller quicker. Usually I have 3 peices of bread and with this one with 1 and I felt full. I would recommend it
