This bread is great for Gluten Free persons with allergies. It’s contains large slices that are thick but soft and tasty. I have it with eggs and avacado and it does not go soggy either with the liquids on top which is great. The bread is also ideal for soups, savoury toast and other spreads so offers variety. It’s an expensive bread to buy however compared to other options and is a smaller quantity too compared to other available options locally. Regardless 4 stars.

For gluten free it’s the best of an average bunch. We get the mixed grain because it’s easier to trick yourself into thinking it’s regular bread if there’s grains in your teeth. The price is high and the loaf is small, the cost you’ve gotta pay for an auto immune disease.

I buy this helgas bread regularly. It is soft & fluffy which is pretty good considering it's gluten free. It has a good texture. I recommend this bread.

Great alternative for gluten and dairy free bread. Tastes like normal bread. Very fulfilling and great flavour. Does not break or crumble. when fresh or toasted. Would be more satisfied if it was on special some times.
