My go to bread for the family. unlike some wholemeal breads this is smooth and soft not at all dense or grainy. The shelf life is up to a week with the bread still feeling and tasting fresh. It is easily squashed out of shape so alway put it on top of the shopping bag.

Soft, light and easy to eat for a wholemeal bread, with added iron and fibre for a nutritional boost. Great for sandwiches and toast, though it leans more towards a “soft white” texture than a hearty wholegrain loaf.
