About HARMONY Lorikeet and Honey Eater 2 kg

Harmony Lorikeet and Honey Eater Feed is the perfect way to attract beautifully coloured and great natured lorikeets and honey eaters to your backyard. This premium quality bird feed is specially designed for nectar eating birds, and can be prepared and served in a variety of ways. FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS Rainbow Lorikeet: They always quick to find a new feeding table so you should always have fresh food on offer. They also appreciate denser plants so they’re not disturbed while they’re eating. Singing Honey Eater: Like to have your own duet or choir in your backyard? Then by attracting singing honey eaters, you can enjoy their song everyday. They prefer open areas and can nest as low as 5m from the ground. Little Lorikeet: Aim high when you’re feeding these, as they tend to stay nestled within the canopy to feed and not come to the ground. They’re usually found in family groups or small flocks. FEEDING/DISPENSING GUIDE NECTAR MIX – You can feed HARMONY to lorikeets and honey eaters a number of ways: simply put it in a dish, sprinkle it over cut fruit, or mix with a little warm water (50g to 1 litre and remember to clean your dish every day if you use this method). WATER – All birds love clean, fresh water. If you provide this for them you’ll enjoy a regular bathing show. PLANTS – There is a large range of nectar producing plants available. It is a good idea to make sure there is something in flower every day of the year. For further information on suitable nectar producing plants, consult your local garden nursery.
