I have seen these but never tried them until now, there is a cheddar cheese, cheese and onion, chicken and barbecue in this range of crackers, the barbecue is a cracker with loads of barbecue flavour all over the cracker, they are a small cracker but so crispy and delicious, they are made by Smiths who make potato chips so this is very different, the barbecue flavour isn’t too overpowering but just right, very moorish, once you start you can’t stop eating them, I am determined to try the rest as they make a great snack and very different to a potato chip

Positive Aspects 1. Bold BBQ flavour The crackers are described as having a smoky, tangy barbecue seasoning that delivers a classic savoury flavour profile many snackers enjoy. 2. Crispy texture Like other Smiths crackers, these are oven-baked and crunchy, which makes them satisfying as a snack on their own or with dips. 3. Portion size fits sharing and casual snacking A 160 g pack is a generous size compared to single-serve chips, so it’s suitable for sharing at gatherings, parties, or office snacks. 4. Trusted brand Smiths is a well-known and established Australian snack brand, which gives some consumers confidence in consistent flavour and quality. 5. Versatility These crackers work in a variety of settings — lunchboxes, picnics, barbecues, or casual snacking — because of their BBQ flavour and crunch. ⸻ Negative Aspects 1. Limited specific consumer reviews There are few online public reviews for the BBQ cracker variant specifically, so it’s harder to assess consistent consumer opinion. (General searches yield product listings but not detailed user ratings.) 2. Nutrition profile typical of processed snacks As with many savoury crackers, products like this tend to be rich in sodium and carbohydrates and low in protein and fibre, which makes them a clear “occasion snack” rather than a nutritious choice. (No exact nutrition panel was available for this specific item online, but similar snacks in the category have higher sodium and energy values.) 3. Generic or inconsistent flavour perception Broadly within the Smiths brand family, some consumers report variation in flavour intensity or seasoning distribution in flavoured snacks, although not specific to this cracker variant. This has been noted anecdotally for similar products. 4. Processing and ingredients BBQ snacks typically contain flavour enhancers and additives to achieve strong seasoning, which some buyers prefer to avoid in favour of simpler ingredient lists. (No allergen or detailed ingredients were shown in the online listing.)
