My favourite chip snack, they taste great, they’re a good size cheese puff. This size bag would be considered a share bag but I can easily eat them myself and do. They’re too tasty to stop.

These Cheeto puffs are a enjoyable snack to enjoy. They cheese flavour tastes great and they are great value when on special. Great to use at parties and the cheese flavour is just right. Really enjoyable to eat and I will buy these again.

Positives 1. Tasty & Satisfying • They have a strong cheesy flavour, which many people enjoy as a snack. • Their puffed texture makes them light and crunchy — satisfying as a “junk food” treat. 2. Convenient Snack • Pre-packaged, easy to carry, and ready to eat — good for casual snacking or sharing. • Available in different serving sizes, so you can choose a smaller portion. 3. Energy Dense • With about 132 kcal per 24 g serve for the regular puffs. • If you need a quick energy boost (e.g. during a long drive or a study session), snacks like these can help. ⸻ Negatives / Risks 1. High in Fat • According to nutritional data, a serve has ~8.3 g of fat for 24 g. • Much of this is from the oil used to make the puffs, which is not “healthy fat.” 2. High Sodium • A single 24 g serve has 242 mg of sodium. • Eating too many can contribute significantly toward daily sodium limits, which isn’t great for blood pressure or heart health. 3. Low in Protein & Fibre • They have very little protein (e.g. 1.4 g in 24 g). • There’s also low (or no) dietary fibre, so they won’t keep you full for long. 4. Additives & Artificial Ingredients • The ingredient list includes flavour enhancers (like 621, 635), artificial colours (e.g. 110, 150c), and other additives. • These don’t have nutritional benefits and might concern some people who prefer “cleaner” foods. 5. Calories Can Add Up • Although one serving might seem “small,” it’s easy to eat multiple servings, which adds up in terms of energy (calories). • Overeating such snacks regularly can contribute to weight gain. 6. Not Nutrient-Dense • These are a fun snack, not a source of vitamins or minerals — they don’t provide much in terms of micronutrients. • If you rely on them too much, they can displace more nutritious foods in your diet. 7. Addictive Potential • The combination of fat, salt, and flavour makes them “palatable” and potentially something people can overeat. • Several people mention (on forums) that it’s easy to graze on puffs mindlessly. For example: “When I ‘consume’ Cheetos Puffs, I pop them … suck all of the cheesy flavor out … I never have to pick my teeth after as I’m not chewing …” • Shrinkflation is a concern too: some users on Reddit have noted the puffs have become thinner over time, which may change how many you eat.
