Tried Uncle Ben’s Mexican Style Rice and honestly it’s kinda clutch for when you don’t feel like cooking. Has a nice little kick, good flavor, and it doesn’t taste bland like a lot of quick rice packs do. Super easy to make, too—literally two minutes and you’re set. Not restaurant-level or anything, but for a fast side? Solid. Would definitely grab again when I’m being lazy.

I buy these every few weeks to keep in the pantry incase because we absolutely love them. they can be added to fill up any Mexican dish or with chicken and rice.
