The bed original golden vegetable rice comes in a 250 g packet. It has no artificial colours flavours or preservatives. It’s very easy to use. She just tear open the packet a couple of centimetres and pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds and it is ready you can add to a pan if you want with a little bit of water or stirfry it through with some vegetables. It’s a very very convenient packet in your cup cupboard.

This is not bad for something that is not freshly prepared. At 3.5 star health rating, it is a quick healthy and enjoyable dining experience. Can be heated up in the microwave in 90seconds or study fry in a pan for a couple of minutes. suitable for vegetarians and made in Australia. Now half off in Woolworths. 👍

this is alright on a night you don’t cooking. it tastes average and to me, to be substantial, vegetables and meat needs to be added. I also added a bit of butter to give it a bit of punch. it basically is a quick meal with minimal effort if you have leftovers you don’t know what to do with.
