I am trying to make more dishes like this where I have leftovers for lunches for next day. I know my kids eat and enjoy sausages so this works well. the sauce is mild so works for younger kids and I serve with mash and veggies to fill it out for them.

Easy to prepare and taste great. Only a subtle curry flavour which I prefer. Just add cooked sausages and veges and you have a nice, healthy meal.
