This used to be a permanent pantry item for when I was short on time. I used it for pasta/veggie bakes and a stir through sauce topped with cheese when my kids were younger. Now I read labels more thoroughly. I find the flavour not realistic, fake, with higher levels of salt, fat, and sugar than I want to consume. Handy if used sparingly. Just open the jar and combine with your favourite veggies, meat or chicken and bake.
