I picked up a jar of Dolmio Bolognese pasta sauce and it’s been a really easy go to for spaghetti nights. I usually grab it from Coles or Woolworths for around $4.50, and it’s even better when it pops up half price on special. The best way I’ve used it is mixing it through mince and letting it simmer on low for a while so the flavour comes through more. It tastes good and saves me from having to build a sauce from scratch, which is handy on busy nights. If you like a more homemade vibe, you might still want to add a few extra bits like herbs or veg, but on its own it’s solid and prety reliable.
