I tried the MasterFoods Barbecue Sauce and it definitely has that classic, smoky-sweet taste you expect from a BBQ sauce. It’s thick enough to coat meat nicely without being runny, and the balance of tangy tomato with a hint of smokiness works well whether you’re using it for dipping, marinating, or brushing over grilled food. I used it with chicken and also as a dip for chips, and it added a nice punch of flavour without being overly sweet or artificial-tasting. A solid pantry staple for quick barbecue vibes.
