SPC Baked Bean’s are a staple to keep in the pantry, as they are a quick meal for me to cook when I get home from soccer trainings. They take just 4 minutes in the microwave and a couple of minutes for the toast and you’ve got yourself a delicious, simple, healthy, protein packed meal!
