Highly absorbent these paper towels do the job when cleaning up a mess, absorbing fat & water in cooking or soaking up fat on a bbq. I also use them in food conditioners to absorb moisture, to raise seedlings and keep herbs fresh in the fridge by wrapping in a damp paper towel. Econmical when purchased on special.
