great pastry, it can turn up broken if it slightly defrosts in transit and cracks which can be a pain however does not affect the taste.

A handy freezer staple. Despite being reduced fat, this puff pastry still bakes up golden and flaky. It’s easy to handle and great for both sweet and savoury dishes. The only con is that it’s a bit thinner than regular pastry, so it may require layering for a more robust result.

perfect freezer friendly pastry! It is reduced fat so saving those extra calories! It is seperate jnto sheets which makes it easy to portion out! Lovely and flakey when cooked

This is a lower fat version of puff pastry. We use it in our electric pie makers for a healthier option. It doesn’t puff up as much as normal puff pastry but tastes great!
