this puff pastry comes out beautiful and crispy when baked. it is pliable and easy to use. great for homemade sausage rolls. The only problem it dries out very easily so need to keep it covered to prevent that.

Puff pastry is perfect for making spinach and ricotta rolls. It gets thawed quickly and 1kg is a pretty big serve for the amount that you pay. Great thickness and easy to bake

I tried the Pampas puff pastry and it turned out great. It was easy to work with, didn’t stick, and puffed up beautifully in the oven. The layers came out light, crisp, and buttery, making my dish look and taste really good with very little effort.

I always keep a stash of these puff pastry sheets in the freezer. I use them for quiche, pies and sometimes desserts like a small apple puff. So easy to use and they taste great!

I recently purchased puff pastry for making apple pie and a cheats version of pain au Chocolat. Even with blind baking I found the pastry too thick and didn't cook through completely. I have a few more sheets and will try to roll out just a little bit and see if that helps.
