The Pampas Frozen Filo Pastry are very versatile and so easy to use. They are perfect for baking cakes, tarts and also for many savoury dishes such as Spanakopita and Cheese triangles. Pampas Filo Pastry are preservative free with no artificial colours or flavours and are suitable for vegetarians. The delicate thin tissue layers always cook to crispy perfection. I always make sure to have a couple of packets in the freezer.

I love Pampas filo pastry, I make Balkan pita or pastizi with this pastry and it always provides soft, buttery yet crispy flaky layers.
