Photo Review of Blackmores MagMin (250)

We bought a few bottles of these on sale at the chemist because we sometimes have leg cramps after a long day of standing around at work. Our GP recommended magnesium supplements so we thought we would give this a try. They come in size and shape which are designed to be easy to swallow which is a thoughtful touch. There is also no funny taste or aftertaste unlike some other supplements. We cannot report on how effective they are yet as we only just started taking them. Let's hope they work!
