The eye drops are great for people that need to get their earwax out. It's not that painful, you just put the drops in, and your earwax is softened over time. I do recommend it, but to be honest, it's really tiresome and it takes quite a long time.

The product is cheaper when I purchased in chemist warehouse using shopback app. Its a bit challenging to self-administer the drops. It helped a lot in softening hard to remove ear wax but still required professional manual removal procedure to remove the entire thing.
