This is a great products for sport players to relieve soreness in joints and muscles, strengthen the flexibility and endurance of joints. I consumed this for a few years and can see good results so my parents are taking them too to support their joints In terms of price, It is expensive for me. when Blackmores is not on half price, I would opt for Nature's Way or Swisse with more competitive pricing
