Blackmores Omega Triple Super Strength Fish Oil is my go-to omega-3 supplement in Australia. I usually pick it up at half price from Woolworths for $22.50, and one bottle lasts around two months with just one capsule per day. The main advantage is that a single capsule equals three standard fish oil tablets, which makes it much easier to take without swallowing multiple large pills. I usually take it with breakfast and some fat for better absorption, and it sits well on the stomach. I train 5–6 times a week, and combined with a diet that includes oily fish, one high-strength capsule daily is completely sufficient for me.
