This is a great fish oil for everyday health. Easy to swallow and is all natural. Take it for joints and brain health and I feel it makes a difference. Not the cheapest but good when it’s on sale and it’s a well known brand.

I have been taking these excellent quality fish oil supplements for the past 2 years. It has improved my omega 3 levels, and has other skin benefits. I take one a day. Capsules are on the larger size however they are easy to swallow.
