My friend introduced me to have this - Blackmores omega brain high fish oil. I’ve been having it for three months, it tremendously improve my brain health and mental function. not only for adult, but also it supports healthy growth and development in children. However, use in children under adult supervision, not recommend for children under one years old. For me, I always take it with food. And just only take one capsule once a day. if you would like to maintain brain health, please lease try it.e
