good pregnancy vitamin that doesn’t seem to cause as much digestive issues as Elevit. wish it was two capsules though and they are quite large

I tried Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Gold and while it provides important nutrients for pregnancy and breastfeeding, I experienced mild constipation and a little dizziness after taking it. It’s easy to take daily, but these side effects were a bit uncomfortable for me. Overall, it’s helpful but may not suit everyone.

I used blackmores with my previous breastfeeding and I didn’t like the smell, but. these gold ones are amazing cause they don’t have that strong smell as before, so I love them now more

Expensive but are frequently half price at woollies and Cole’s. These help keep my vitamins and minerals up while breastfeeding. 500 micrograms of folic acid and more for healthy foetal development!

Great product for pregnancy. Took it with my first and made sure to have it for my second. Noticed on the days that when I forget to have them I felt flat and also had a once off case of mastitis. They are on the larger side of tablets to swallow. And need to have two during pregnancy.
