Herby, creamy texture, tangy flavour and very versatile. You can use as salad dressing, dip or sauce. It is plant based and gluten free, which is good for a lot of people with those dietary restrictions. Just gave 4 starts because it is a bit on the expensive side and it is a bit too herby for my personal taste.
