This sauce is excellent. So very rhick and creamy. I use it to as a sauce for my pan-fried salmon. It's also good with crumbed calamari and prawns. Adds great flavour to my seafood dish.

this is the yummiest tangy sauce. if you cant get red rooster herb mayo this is the damn near closest thing. so good on sandwiches and rolls.
