Wow this Birch & Waite parsley dill tarragon sauce really packs a punch with flavor, everything works so well together and is most enjoyable can be added to almost anything for that extra added flavour, I have added into my pasta dish tonight and yum.

I bought this to try as a substitute for tartare. it was really nice but not what I would use in that situation. looking forward to trying it with lamb salad next. nice flavor

has a good amount of dill and a tanginess that is refreshing with greasy fish and chips. also goes quite well in an egg salad or egg sandwich
