This is a very creamy and tasty unique blended sauce. Although the bottle says for seafood, but I use it as a dip for my healthy fresh Raw vegetables dip. I cut carrots and celery into sticks and dip them into this sauce. Also dip red oinions into sauce before eating. The sauce helps me to eat more vegetables and enjoy it too.
