Chang’s Super Lo-Cal Noodles has always been my partner and I’s first choice for alternative, healthier noodles to cook with when we feel like we have to cut back on our carbs. Unlike other low-carb alternatives, Chang’s Lo-Cal Noodles still gives that yummy noodle taste you’ve been craving.

Must say this surprised me in every way Not only low in calories but great taste too and they’re not chewy nor stringy Can be added to anything I normally use this in my seafood and sometimes add just vegetables and make it into a salad

Not the best but do the job. Rinse heavily. Not Australian made, very hard to find this product made in Australia. Affordable

This has a rather awful smell when you open it but after a few rinses it’s good to go. It is a great alternative for those on a low carb diet as it has the same texture of rice noodles with added health benefits.
