Good low calorie alternatives to regular stirfry noodles for adding to stirfry. Pictured is how it looks out of the pack after rinsing. They are already soft so are easily added at the end of cooking. The noodles soak up some of any sauce used to carry the flavour. Only criticism is they are quite soft and lack some of the bite of regular stirfry noodles, but this is a minor criticism

I've heard a little bit about Konjac. And this is the first time I've tried it. It's not bad at all, and I love that it's low in carbohydrates, low sugar, and very low in calories.
