pad Thai style rice noodles is perfectly making Pad Thai. however I prefer the bigger size noodle because of this thin noodle will absorb liquid so quick and because so soft after all. the thicker one will maintain the sticker feeling. this is need quickly cook and don't soak in the hot water more than 2 minutes.
