I add these into my rice paper rolls for extra taste. Just soak in water with a little salt and thats it . Add to the paper rolls with veggies chicken and sweet n sour sauce

Really good addition to any dish requiring pasta or rice they are a perfect texture to use as pasta rice or noodles in dishes they add a light texture to your food dish and bulk up your meals would recommend if you haven’t tried already
