This bacon tastes really good and can cook up into very nice crispy bacon. I cooked it with the airfryer and with the stovetop and both ways came out nicely. There isn't really a lot of the fat trim like you see with other slices of bacon so that was nice especially when you cook it down you don't need to render off the fat as much. But you still can achieve a nice crispy piece of bacon.
